Do you have tight hamstrings and stiff hips from sitting in front of a computer? This VIRTUAL workshop combines yoga and functional fitness to counteract hours spent at a desk. You will learn simple exercises you can do everyday to relieve tension, stretch your hip flexors, and get your hips moving!
