Yoga for Desk Life (Part 1): Unwinding Your Neck & Shoulders (Online)

Do you have tension in your shoulders and neck from sitting in front of a computer?

With work, life, and yoga happening over Zoom, it feels like we all do!

This virtual workshop combines yoga, myofascial release, and mobility exercises to counteract hours spent at a desk. You will learn simple exercises you can do everyday to relieve tension, increase strength, and improve your posture.

You can take this workshop by itself or along with Yoga for Desk Life (Part 2): Mobilizing Your Hips & Hamstrings.
